Our Story
Who We Are
Lancaster Septic Service is a locally owned and operated company. Our crew handles septic tank pumping, seepage pit pumping, septic inspections, repairs, leach field work, risers, line jetting and grease trap pumping. We started with a simple idea: people who depend on a septic system deserve a company that shows up when it says it will, does the job thoroughly and explains things in plain terms.
How we work is simple. You call and tell us what is going on. We set a time, locate and open the tank, pump it out and check it while it is open. Then we tell you what we found. If something needs repair, we explain why and give you a clear quote before any work starts, and nothing happens until you approve it.
The Antelope Valley shapes what we look for on every visit. Sandy soil and caliche affect how leach fields and seepage pits drain, wind and dust bury lids and wear on risers, and a rare heavy storm can push a struggling system over the edge. Many older homes have tanks nobody has looked at in a long time. We point out these issues when we see them, so small problems get handled before they turn into backups.
A working septic system protects your home, your yard and the groundwater the whole valley shares, and we take that seriously. We keep communication clear from the first call to the final cleanup, and our job is not over when the truck pulls away. Quality is guaranteed, and if something about our work is not right, we come back and make it right.

How It Works
Three Steps to a Freshly Pumped Septic Tank
Getting your septic tank pumped is simple. You call, we pump and check the tank, and you get a clear picture of your system.
Call and Tell Us About Your System
Call or use the short form with your address, when the tank was last pumped if you know, and anything you have noticed, such as slow drains, gurgling or odors. If you are not sure where the tank is or whether you have a seepage pit, that is fine. We can locate it on site. Then we set up a time for the visit that works for you.
We Pump and Check the Tank
Our crew finds the tank, uncovers the access lids and pumps out the sludge, scum and liquid. While the tank is open, we check the inlet and outlet baffles, look over the tank walls and lids and watch for liquid flowing back from the leach field or seepage pit, which can point to a problem further down the line. If there is an effluent filter, we clean it.
Clear Results and Next Steps
When the job is done, we close the tank, clean up and walk you through what we saw. If everything looks good, we suggest a sensible time for the next pumping based on your tank and household. If we spot a cracked lid, a damaged baffle or a struggling seepage pit, we explain the problem and give you a clear quote before any repair work starts.
